Create Career College is a Designated Learning Institution (DLI number: O19275297052) accredited by PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) and has earned BCEQA (British Columbia Education Quality Assurance) designation.

Our English as a Second Language (ESL) program is designed for students whose native language is not English. This program equips students with critical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills that are essential for daily lives in Canada.

Our English as a Second Language program has weekly intakes; to better accommodate a range of students. The English as a Second Language (ESL) program also tailors the course based on students’ level of English language proficiency. Therefore, each student will be able to reach their maximum English language potential.

Upon successful completion of the English as a Second Language (ESL) program, students will have acquired presentation and general communication skills. Whether you are a high school graduate or a professional, our goal is to prepare you for success in your future here in Canada.

Upon completion of our English programs, Create Career College offers students the opportunity to acquire, develop and practice workplace skills that are in high demand. Most of our career programs have a practicum/co-op component, which ensures that students can apply their academic training in real-world situations before graduation. Moreover, because the school attracts students from many countries, it has an international learning environment that also allows students to learn from each other.

Students can choose from a variety of career programs, such as Hospitality, Business Administration, Accounting, and Health Care Assistant.

Alternatively, students have the option of going through our EAP Pathway Program, which will connect students to Lakeland College in Alberta, where they can pursue further studies.

The English for Academic Purposes Program (EAP) is designed for intermediate to advanced English students who want to develop their academic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in pursuing higher education. The English for Academic Purposes program is divided into 3 levels: 5 (Intermediate), 6 (Upper-intermediate), and 7 (Advanced). Each level runs for 8 weeks. Students will enter into the appropriate level based on their entrance English placement test results. During the program, regular tests will be conducted to ensure students’ understanding of the materials and progress to the next level.

The purpose of the English for Academic Purposes Program (EAP) is to equip students with academic English language skills and the confidence to excel in the Canadian higher education environment.

Upon successful completion of level 7, students will be able to continue their studies in post-secondary institutions without the need to provide an English test result (e.g. IELTS).

Create Career College is partnering with Lakeland College in Alberta. Students successfully completed level 7 of the English for Academic Purposes Program can directly enroll in Lakeland College’s academic programs.
