English for Health Care - EHC is an ESL program with a specific focus on health related language skills and vocabulary. This program helps students develop the English skills necessary for studying or working in an English speaking health care environment. Students will benefit from learning the general English language and communication skills necessary for health related environments. This program also covers speaking, listening and reading on a wide range of topics - from technical skills to ethical concerns, from communication strategies to discussing issues with colleagues.

The English for Academic Purposes - UCTP is a unique program designed to improve students' academic English skills and prepare them for University and College instruction in the U.S. and Canada. Since the launch of UCTP in 2006, we have been devoted to promoting high standard academics by assisting students in developing the personal and professional skills needed to achieve excellence.

Knowing how to adapt to a new cultural setting can be a real challenge for anyone. For students hoping to study and perhaps work abroad it means learning how to integrate into a new society. In UCTP recognize this challenge and understand that students need to experience the situations and learn skills that will help them achieve their objectives outside of the classroom. For this reason we have developed a strong curriculum that reflects the needs of students from a variety of fields and disciplines.

Along with a great curriculum there are great instructors. UCTP instuctors genuinely care about the success of their students and are always working to develop new strategies that encourage students to produce and perform at their best. They are committed to helping students integrate into the academic culture of Canadian post secondary institutions. As a testament to this we have now seen hundreds of graduates from colleges and universities all over Canada who have successfully completed their post secondary studies and who are either working in their fields or are continuing into higher education.

Fianlly, to future students considering post secondary studies in the U.S and Canada the UCTP program is committed to helping you achieve your goals. We hope to see you soon.
