From October 28th to 31st, Languages Canada teamed up with CAPS-I to promote Canadian education during the largest ever ICEF Berlin Workshop.
The event kicked off on Saturday, October 28th with a "Canada 150" reception, hosted by the Canadian Embassy, supported by the Canadian Consortium for International Education, represented by Languages Canada and CAPS-I, and with sponsorship by guard.me, Canada Homestay Network and ICEF. Over 150 LC members, international guests and agents attended the reception.
During the workshop, Carolyn Bercu, Manager of International Promotion and Marketing, met with key agents from Morocco, Mexico, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyz Republic to hear about trends in their markets, discuss Languages Canada's upcoming trade mission to Kazakhstan, and promote the upcoming launch of the Languages Canada Portal.
Carolyn and Rachel attended a variety of dynamic and informative packed house seminars and industry presentations, including Market Snapshots: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, The Education Agent Mindset, and How Technology is Shaping International Education.
