A Resounding Success: A Look Back at ICEF Berlin 2016

This year, Languages Canada represented the language education sector and the Canadian Consortium for International Education (CCIE) at ICEF Berlin from October 30 to November 1. During the event, Charbel Moreno, Manager, International Affairs and Marketing, conducted two seminars:  Quality Assurance in Language Education in Canada and the Canada Course for Education Agents.
During the workshop, Charbel met with key stakeholders from Eastern European countries, Mexico, Spain and Italy to announce and promote the Languages Canada international affairs initiatives for 2017 and 2018.
A day prior to the workshop, Languages Canada and CAPS-I, with cooperation from the Canadian Embassy, organized a reception to ‘experience’ Canada at the Canadian Embassy in Berlin. The event welcomed more than 100 guests, including 80 agents from numerous countries and 25 Canadian institutions and was a resounding success.
