Languages Canada is delighted to announce that Sue Blundell, Executive Director, English Australia, will be speaking at our upcoming conference on March 2 and 3, 2015!
Sue has more than 20 years in the international English language industry, both overseas and in Australia, as a teacher, teacher trainer, marketer and manager.
Using Australian sector examples, she will address how the Canadian language sector would benefit from a national student satisfaction survey.
She will explore how this survey would benefit Canada across a range of areas, including colleges and universities, reputation and credibility, student experience, resource investment and quality of language education.
As a member of a number of Australian government and industry consultative committees focused on international education — as well as holding the position of education sector representative on the Backpacker & Youth Tourism Advisory Panel — she will share her wealth of knowledge with us.
Sue is the immediate past Convenor of the Global Alliance of Education and Language Associations (GAELA), and has also served on the Board of the Association of Language Travel Organisations (ALTO).
In 2001, she was presented with the IEAA Excellence in Leadership in International Education Award.
We’re excited to see you in Ottawa-Gatineau for our 2015 conference! Register here.
