Applications for LanguageCert University and College Pathways Scholarship – Second Round Now Open!

This scholarship, generously donated by LanguageCert, Languages Canada's Annual Silver Sponsor, offers two awards of CAD $1000 each in this round. LanguageCert provides a diverse range of globally recognized tests and exams, including the International IESOL test and the LanguageCert Academic.

Students

Eligibility

The scholarship is available to all international students who:

  • are enrolled in a preparatory/pathway English program at a Languages Canada member institution that recognizes the LanguageCert tests as a demonstration of English language proficiency;
  • have a conditional acceptance into a Canadian undergraduate or graduate degree or diploma program; and,
  • have a start date between April 1, 2024, to September 9, 2024.

Eligibility

The scholarship is available to all international students who are enrolled in a preparatory/pathway English program at a Languages Canada member institution that recognizes the LanguageCert tests as a demonstration of English language proficiency with a conditional acceptance into a Canadian undergraduate or graduate degree or diploma program, and have a start date between July 4, 2023, and January 15, 2024.

Please share the scholarship application form with eligible students who are starting in your program this summer, fall, and winter.

LanguageCert will provide five free IESOL tests to every eligible Languages Canada member that wishes to participate in this scholarship offer, giving you the opportunity to test out the exam.

Institutions that sign up and recognize LanguageCert's tests before June 30, 2024, will receive additional benefits, including the opportunity to be featured on the LanguageCert website and LanguageCert's newsletter that reaches 100,000 candidates worldwide.
