The following are examples of selected modules included in our General Business Program.

Our EAP program is for students who wish to continue with post-secondary education in English. The program consists of six levels, from beginner to advance. Each level is covered in an eight-week semester, and students have 25 contact hours with a teacher each week. Students will study integrated skills in the morning class, and will focus more on one of the skills than others in the afternoon class for levels 1 to 4. In Level 5, the focus in the afternoon class will be on test preparation, and learning strategies for both learning and test taking. The Level 6 afternoon class will consist of academic preparation.

The Summer and Winter Camp Program courses are for groups of students who wish to travel, learn about Canada and study English at the same time. A different theme will be covered each week, with accompanying tours and excursions. Programs can be customized to include evening and weekend social events, trips and excursions, and these extra activities can be customized if the students have a common interest, such as photography, hiking or others. Please email studentrecruitment@hfxlanguage.ca for more information regarding this program.

Our Bridging program is designed for students who wish to continue with post-secondary education.
